All Original Designs

All designs featured in our shop are created by us at MindFlow Lounge. Our designs are inspired by various influences, including nature, experience, calm and joy. When you choose one of our original designs, you are investing in a piece of art that embodies our passion for creativity and hleping people feel good.

Once you place an order, it is sent to one of our trusted printing partners who will handle the production of your selected items. They may source the blank product from one of their partners if they don't manufacture it themselves. MindFlow Lounge doesn't own a factory (most online shops out there don't) therefore these partnerships allow us to get these fantastic original designs to you.

Where Your Items Are Printed

Depending on the specific product ordered, your items may be printed in various locations worldwide including:

This allows us to offer a wide range of products while ensuring quality control across different regions.

Package Delivery Information

As our products come from different facilities, please be aware that they may arrive in separate packages. This can result in staggered delivery times; some items might reach you sooner than others.

Understanding Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are not controlled by MindFlow Lounge. Shipping rates are determined by the size of package and destination. MindFlow Lounge does not add any additional costs to the shipping, which means you are paying the lowest possible. We also do not hide the shipping fee in the product price ... that's how free shipping is made possible. Think about it - there is no carrier out there doing this for free.

Shipping is calculated individually for each item in your cart. This means that if you purchase multiple products, each will have its own associated shipping fee based on factors of weight and destination.

Estimated Delivery Times

At MindFlow Lounge, we aim to provide you with the most accurate delivery estimates possible. Once you input your shipping address during checkout, you will receive an estimated delivery time for your order. Please keep in mind that these estimates are based on normal shipping conditions and may vary. During peak seasons, such as Christmas and other holidays, delivery times can be longer than usual due to increased demand on shipping carriers. Additionally, unforeseen events such as severe weather (e.g., tornadoes) or global occurrences (like a pandemic) can impact delivery schedules. While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, MindFlow Lounge cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the carrier(s).

Customs Outside of the United States

International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, and other customs charges. The charges vary by country, and at this time, we are unable to calculate them in advance. For more information regarding your country’s customs policies, please contact your local customs office. If such a fee indeed gets imposed on your package, you are responsible for its payment.
